correctly said by Frakenstein. Just wanted to confirm following,
I think E would have been correct if "exceed" is there because sentence would become "The rates of Mideast immigrants' entrepreneurship exceed those(rates) of other immigrant group". OR
"The rates of entrepreneurship of Mideast immigrants exceed those(rates of entrepreneurship) of other immigrant group".

Am i correct and are these 2 sentences equivalent

Good point. Your two sentences are equivalent. But, still E wouldn't be the answer because I suspect the usage of Mideast(adjective) in Mideast immigrants. I am not sure what the adjective form of it is. Mideast immigrants is similar to America immigrants, which is incorrect. It should be American immigrants. So, how we change Mideast in a similar way is an issue. Do we say Mideastern immigrants? I don't know. So, to make it error-free, immigrants of Mideast looks better.

Any expert who can clear this doubt of ours .....
