However, the focus of the thread was on 'it' and 'being'. While I think, there is one more critical point that people missed in the earlier thread. So posting the question again.

One suggestion: We all are always ready to hog on any SC question. At the same time, I feel, we can correct the grammatical mistakes in our comments also. That way we will also improve in our writting skill.
