The question does not explicitly says that at least one pair of numbers should match. If the question was framed as "probability that at least one pair of numbers match", then the method suggested by "MakeUrTime Count" is right. If only one pair is asked then the probability is given as 2!*(12C1)*(6C1)/12C4) = 16/55
