No, but what about 8 experimental questions on probability? Or what about all experimental questions are data sufficiency and none are problem solving? (Or, all your verbal experimentals are SC.)
They have to manage it somehow - if it's totally random, then you could have a situation in which you skewed the expected question pool (in terms of both type and content). It would be a big advantage to have a lot more SCs than the other verbal types, for example.
