A) decreasing the probability
B) the probability decreased
C) the probability decreasing
D) the decreasing of probability
E) decrease the probability

Its a clear case of parallelism.
X could Lead to Y and Decrease Z.

Lead and decrease are parallel

where as A and D have decreasing which are out.

B,C are clearly not parallel.
