For ten days I will be highlighting the most popular GMAT debriefings of 2009 from the Beat The GMAT community, in countdown fashion.

The eighth most popular GMAT story this year was written by brandonsun: 760/99%/6.0 - Grateful and Offering Unconventional Advice. If I could describe brandonsun in word, it would be hardcore! What I admire about brandonsun is that he was almost militantly disciplined about his prep:

I started studying methodically for the past four months. I got to work at 7:30 am, worked non-stop until 5:30 pm, studied until 10:00 pm and went home. Wash, rinse and repeat - day in, day out.
