I am planning R3 applications in rotman, NUS ......
I am an engineer from India. The medium of education has been English up to high school (10+2).(Undergrad)
I am not sure the university in which I did my engineering(Pune) is branded to be an English medium, however all teaching was in English.
Do I need the TOEFL ??? I've read mixed responses on this question all over BTG forums. Can someone give me a concrete answer.
