Manchester School of Business

I intend to apply to Manchester School Business with the following profile :

Nationality : Indian
Age : 26
GMAT : 670
Work Exp : 4 yrs ( 2 yrs as shipping and operations exec + 2 yrs as asst trading manager)
GPA : NA ( I've been advised that there is no need to convert the Indian scoring system as the Univs are aware of the scoring system)
Decent Extra Currics...

I know that my chances depend on my entire package ( essays, recommendations etc etc), however, based on what I have mentioned, what are my chances of getting into Manchester School of Business?

Other UK B-schools which interest me are Cranfield, Oxford and Cambridge....Any comments on these options?

I cannot stress more on the beauty of the 'entire package' as you put it...But I can see where your thought process is coming from, and that's what I'll try to address.
To answer your question - Yes, you have a shot at Manchester. Median scores for Indian applicants have been traditionally higher than yours at Oxbridge and Cranfield, but it's unfair of me to comment so expansively. Scholarships are a long shot though in all four schools.

Getting a scholarship hasn't even crossed my mind.....my first priority is getting in :)
I will attempt the GMAT once more before I start my applications....in any case the application process will start somewhere in Oct'11. Thank You.

Hello Ryandmitri , AS rightly said earlier , the median GMAT score of Indian applicants is little higher , however GMAT is not the only indicator of your calibre as a applicant and its the whole application package that counts .
