I works 9 hrs daily and spends 2 hrs in traffic, after that I when I go home I don't feel like studying.. For me I can't study more than 30 mins any day. As soon as i pick up a book to study I starts feeling bored and doesn't like to proceed further.
Hi Sachin, Well i have 10 hours shift and I have 3+ hours commute..:)

I guess what you need to work on is to try and make GMAT prep a part of your life.. not the only thing in life.. if you can put in 30 minute.. do that.. but sincerely.. as you start seeing improvement..trust me.. you will be more than willing to put 30 more.. and 1 hour of seriousness is what GMAT needs...

try not to do questions.. questions.. questions.. in these 30 minutes. You have to review what ever you do.. right or wrong..you will see improvement..

all the best.!!

Hi Ankit,

I've written GMAT twice till now scoring 550 the first time, and 580 the second time.
550 ( 49Q, 18V)
580 ( 47Q, 21V)
As you can assess through the scores, Quant was never an issue for me. Its verbal thats haunting me. I need a tremendous improvement in Verbal. I work for an MNC and I took a month off to prepare for GMAT again. I will be giving it in Feb 1st or 2nd week. I have exhausted all the resources available with me like OG, PowerScore Bible, MGMAT Sentence Correction but still I see a wide gap. As you suggested in your post, I want to go for E-GMAT course. I want to take a stand alone SC course coz I think thats the area i'm losing. What do you suggest? I want to nail it this time!

Hi,

Thanks for your prompt reply! I dont want to go for the complete verbal Live Prep course on EGMAT as i've already spent bucks on many books. Probably, I would be going for SC and CR stand alone courses instead of the complete package.
Basically, as you said, I would be applying for Sept 2013. Deadlines in feb and march. I gave my first attempt in 2011, second attempt in 2012, and the third attempt now. So its kinda going in a slow pace only. I've taken a month off from work and it means a great deal to me and I wouldnt get this chance later. So right now, I want to dedicate full time on GMAT, So gotta take maximum advantage!
