What is the total of these three costs for 1 run of a program that requires 1.5 seconds of computer time ?

(B) $8.87

Well I'll explain in detail but let me tell u the short cut.
Since 1.5 sec= 1500 millisecond and it will be multiplies by 0.023$=34.5$
this is quick calculation so u can easily eliminate answers A,B.C and adding 4.35 and 1.07 will be 5.42 so D can be eliminated too. Then Answer is E.
And for detailed 34.5+5.42=39.92.
