Hi
Most of the schools accept TOEFL, IELTS & other similar exams. The alternative to such a requirement is to submit a proof which states that the medium of instruction, throughout one's education, was English. Does this suffice in all schools? Does this mean that one can do away with TOEFL and those alike?
