Somehow I found explanations , here it is;-
The key to this problem is correctly interpreting the word "most." "Most" means more than half. This can mean anything from one more than half to all minus one. So the first piece of evidence tells us that at least half plus one of all Indian businesses use computer technology.
The computer manufacturer has 1 million customers. It estimates that it an only be successful if it increases its customer base to include one half of all Indian businesses that use computer technology. For this question, it doesn't really matter that they already have 1 million customers, because we're not told any other numbers that would let us do anything with that quantity. What matters is that they need to make one half of all Indian businesses that use computer technology their customers.
Since we're told that at least one more than half of all Indian businesses use computer technology, the manufacturer needs to make one half of one half plus one of all Indian businesses into customers. In other words, they need to make at least 1/2 of (slightly more than 1/2 of all businesses) into customers. Since one half of one half equals one fourth, they need to make at least one fourth of all Indian businesses into customers. This is almost exactly answer choice A, so answer choice A is correct. This must be true based on the evidence presented, so it is a valid inference.
