1]that has internet access in all common areas and where
2]where internet access is in all common areas and where
3]which has internet access in all common areas and where
4]that internet access is available in all common areas and where
5]that has internet access in all common areas and that
IMO B. We use the relative modifier "where" to describe a place. In this qs only B uses it.
Can't we describe place using "which"?
I think we can use "which" with a "comma" before it to describe a place.
Egypt, which is land of pyramids, is my favorite place.
Since there is no "which with a comma" option stream we can eliminate the choices
"The new office complex will be a place
,which has internet access in all common areas and where informal meeting areas stimulate communication among various departments. "
