Yes, as a Latina, you will automatically have an edge in the process for tops schools, as you offer two areas of diversity in one package. Even with a lower GPA, if you can get a good GMAT score, you will definitely get their attention. GPA is probably the most flexible in terms of admissions requirements and the fact you attended a top UG institution helps trump the GPA a bit, even if there is widespread grade inflation at these ivys.
