1. It could be possible that joker might have told another person to write. Franklin's reasoning is based only the handwriting and he doesn't seem to think about other factors. The assumption is whoever has written it has to be the joker.
2. The degree does not account for. It becomes more like a detective case! He knows it that it's not miller's handwritten note.
3. It gives an explanation why miller is not a prime suspect.
4. One piece can be sufficient.
5. yes, the handwriting could be analysed if it was millers.


So. go with A.

Cannot decide between A and E. Can anyone brake down these two choices for me please
