I hope I'm getting better although I still don't have enough time to write everything I want.

ESSAY QUESTION:
"Employees always perform better when given a say in determining the boundaries of their roles within a company."
Discuss the extent to which you agree or disagree with the opinion stated above. Support your views with reasons and/or examples from your own experience, observations, or reading.

YOUR RESPONSE:
Many human resources specialists toggle on the degree to which employees should be given freedom in their work. It is always better to give people a voice in the company and in most cases it is also good for their performance to let employees deside partly on the boundaries of their responsibilities and duties within the company.

To begin with, form a psychological point of view people are more satisfied with their work if they are provided with choices. It makes them feel like they have the power to decide and not somebody else to decide for them. For instance, if we have five employees who are equally capable of fulfilling ten tasks and let them choose which one to do which two tasks, it is very likely that they will share the tasks in a way that each gets the tasks he or she can do best. By doing things that are comparably easy and interesting for them, employees will perform much better than if we simply tell them what to do.

However, it can never be said that all people are equal and there are people, who, given some freedom of choice, will perform worse instead of better. Even so, when employees determine their own duties and responsibilities they create their own system of work. Consequently, they will perform better since people always feel better keeping their own rules instead of the rules someone else imposed to them.

Another point for giving people the freedom to determine their roles is that it makes them feel a part of the company, a part of the bigger idea. Although not every employee is motivated by non-material factors, we are all people and as mammals, on a subconcious level we all need to be part of a group. By letting people know that their opinion counts and making them feel part of a group - the company, you make them work for the good of this group and, therefore, they perform better.

In conclusion, giving employees total freedom on choosing their roles in the company is likely to lead to anarchy, however, people will surely work harder and perform better when given a certain amount of freedom.

Shorten and simplify this sentence.
However, it can never be said that all people are equal and there are people, who, given some freedom of choice, will perform worse instead of better.

Very complex sentence formation. Bots are going to get confused.

The last paragraph and the conclusion is superb.

Keep practicing.
