ok esohichukori i'm saying this based on info from current students.. IT people are the largest group of applicants at ISB and if you are from IT services then you should be able to differentiate yourself substantially from the rest of the pool.. in fact the first ISB essay just rephrases this statement and asks it as a question - it basically asks u how ur different from the rest.
In my opinion your international work experience should put you at an advantage and more so if it involved you interacting with clients or working with colleagues from many different cultures.. you should use your international exp to highlight what skills you gained and therefore what skills you bring to ISB. You will have done a lot during these 6 years which you might consider as routine or regular but what others would consider as significant achievements.. it basically depends on your ability to put across what you have done and in the process how you have added value to your company. Also elaborate any group roles you played outside of work (such as community service or event organization) and the skills you gained.
You have a chance of getting in if you write outstanding essays and get some really good letters of recommendation.. your GPA is good.. i would suggest you try and bring your GMAT score up to 700 if you are prepared to invest the time and effort to retake the test.. your quant score is good.. you're a little behind in verbal.. this may not be because of your lack of English skills but because you have not grasped GMAT verbal skills well.. There are specific methods and guidelines to answering GMAT verbal questions, outlined in several good books such as Princeton, Kaplan and OG, and learning these guidelines will do much more for your score than mastering complex grammar rules. (By the way my previous sentence has a misplaced modifier error - princeton would tell you that

if you cannot spot it its time to learn the guidelines

)
As another suggestion since you have more than 5 yrs of work ex, you might also want to try for IIM-A's executive MBA, which again is one of the best in India. However for this you would need a higher GMAT score, close to 700.
Best of luck with your application.
