WE: Above avg. Can you provide a brief sketch about your work ex- what kind, what type of work etc

Acads: Need more information on your GPA (% ) etc
GMAT: VERY Good.

WE: You will have closer to 3 by the time you join. This is NOT a big concern. Several Alumni from ISB we know have just about 2 years of experience and have made it and this should not be a big concern.

EC: DO you have any leadership positions in your WE or beyond?

All in all you stand a good chance of making it, provided you can showcase yourself well in the ISB application.

Thanks for your reply and assessment. Can you please provide a further analysis ? I am providing you with some more information below:

Basic:

1) I am a software engineer working for a Leading Telecom company in the world.

Academics:


1) I did my graduation from one of the top 25 private colleges in India.
2) My acads are decent ( 70 % in my B.Tech and 86 % in my 12th )
3) Technically proficient and certified by Microsoft ,SUN on 3 different technologies. (Gained these during my professional career)


Some EC's that I regard as worth mentioning are :

1) Leaded a team of 5 in sport during college days. Went on to win many inter college events.
2) Introduced some major innovative processes and concepts in my current organization to help reduce costs.
3) Convinced management to introduce changes in a Software and launch a new project to do so.
4) Rated in top 10- 15 % bracket for appraisals in the previous year.
5) 3 team awards in a team of over 100 people ( including 2 employee of the month awards ) in the past 21 months I have been associated with the company.
6) Organized a college event for 2 consecutive years during fests for the sport I participate in.

What I believe is that I don't have enough stories to demonstrate past leadership ( at least on a big scale )
But few things above highlight my ability to think creative and out of the box as well as my solid performance at work .

I have scored low on my GMAT. My total score was 680 with 48 in Quant and 35 in Verbal. (83 and 73 percentile resp)
