I've applied to Smeal in R1.

For R2 I am considering following schools for SCM :
1>Thunderbird
2>Carey
3>Broad

How do these schools fare with respect to each other and with respect to Smeal for the SCM curriculum?

How is SCM/operations at Kelley {I know its marketing dominated school}?

Its a good list in the range of schools you are applying. Kelley, though being a marketing dominated, has wonderful recruiters for SCM. That makes it worth applying.
