4x<2x+1<3x+2 I cannot simplify this equation to solve this question, please help! The answer is an interval of (-1,1/2)

You might find it easier to treat this as 2 separate inequalities (4x<2x+1 and 2x+1<3x+2):

4x<2x+1
2x<1
x<1/2

2x+1<3x+2
-x<1
x>-1

Thus, -1<x<1/2.
