We have to get the value of 2#(0(-2#2).

Let's first find out the value of (-2#2).

Comparing (-2#2) with x#y = yx^y, we see that here x = -2 and y = 2.

Thus, (-2#2) = 2.(-2)^2 = 2.4 = 8.

Thus, 2#(0(-2#2) = 2#(0(8)) = 2#0 = 0.2^0 = 0.1 = 0

The correct answer: B

First, we have; (-2#2) = 2(-2)^2 = 2(4) = 8

Next, we have: 0(8) = 0

Lastly, we have 2#0 = 0(2)^0 = 0

Answer: B
