if t1=d1/r1-number of seconds for d1,r1. and t2=d2/t2. number of seconds for d1,r2
is (d1/r1)>(d2/r2)
both st separately are insuff
1 st as it does not mention any distinction between r1 and r2

does
(d2+30)/(r2+30)>d2/r2
simplify it
(30+d2)*r2>d2(30+r2), we can cross multiply as i hope that neither distance not rate can`t be -ve
get rid of d2*r2
and left with
does r2>d2, we have no any mentioned relation between then so the answer is E
