They could both roll the same number.

Barring that, there's an equal probability that one would roll a higher number than the other, since there is no evidence that the dice prefer one lady over the other.



One lady rolls a number. Probability of the other lady rolling the same number is 1/10.

Remaining possibilities therefore are 9/10 or 18/20.

Half of these will be higher for one and half for the other.
