Hi Guys,
I am looking for some feedback regarding admissions into the three leading Spanish B-schools. I recently sat the GMAT and scored a 620 (41Q/35V) and an 8 on IR. This was after scoring 690 on GMAC practice exam 3 days prior. Naturally, I was disappointed with the test day result.
From those who have gone through the admission process I would be keen to hear whether you think there is any possibility of successful admission into any of the programs at IESE, ESADE or IE based on the 620? I am confident that my extra-curricular activities and professional experience will be received favourably, however the shadow of the GMAT score continues to loom over me.
Any tips and/or insights on strategies to give myself the best chance to successfully apply would be appreciated. Should I re-sit the GMAT? Can I re-sit it after submitting my application by the round 1 deadline in October? Should I back myself with the 620 and rely on other aspects of the application process?
I recognise that opinions will differ. Regardless, your thoughts will be valuable.
Thanks
