Hi Brent ,

Just a quick question. From 1 to 1000, we will have 33, 333. So these will be counted one 3 or more than one 3?

Please explain.
That's correct.
The digit 3 appears 2 times in 33 and it appear 3 times in 333

Cheers,
Brent
