I'll like to know...whats the accuray rate for getting a 700+ score in both verbal and quant section?is 75-80% ok or 90-95%?

In general, it's not a good idea to focus on hit rates/accuracy rates. Focus instead on why you got certain questions wrong, do a deep analysis of your errors, and understand the concepts as best you can. Obsessing over hit rates (like I did during my own prep) is a poor use of your time.
