You can, for example never foretell what any one man will do, but you can say with precision what an average number will be up to!

E. pet-related things has grown a market for human-inspired accessories and accoutrements that bring
In A and D, have grown (plural) does not agree with a market (singular).
Eliminate A and D.

In C and E, bring (plural) does not agree with a market (singular).
Eliminate C and E.

The correct answer is B.

Meaning conveyed by the OA:
A market for human-inspired accessories and accoutrements HAS GROWN.
This market IS BRINGING FORTH rhinestone studded collars, cashmere dog sweaters, and canopied pet beds.
