I need some advice on how to manage my 18 month daughter, my Full Time job and making sure I get a good score on the GMAT. Anyone had a similar situation?

Thanks for your question--you certainly have some challenges to overcome in your preparation with your obligations, but you still have the capability of doing great on the GMAT!
The primary challenge you are going to face is to maintain consistency with your studies. If you to decide to study on your own (that is, not take a GMAT prep course), you really need to have at least one-hour a day (minimum) dedicated to GMAT study, probably for two months.
In your situation, I would think about going through a GMAT prep course, since it would provide a mechanism to get you out of your house to consistently study for your test. However, if you do decide to study on your own, the first thing you need to do is create an effective study strategy.
