As a TPR teacher I can honestly say that most of my students are looking for 600+ and many of them achieve their goals. I would be happy to spend a few minutes with you onlne to help you to use the materials in the best possible manner. Please PM me if you are interested.
as far as your course of action it lookes like a good one but I would certainly add one bit of advice in that you find a consistent way of approaching each type of problem that fits all (or most) situations. For instance do you have a consistent set of questions you ask yourself in order when you are working on a permutation problem? If you systemize yor approach you should be able to reach your goals.
Best of Luck.
