Rishika--the key to these early career programs is to demonstrate an unusual amount of leadership at an early age. I see where you headed up some events, which I would definitely drill down on in your application. Also being head girl and having great marks in school is good. you did not list your GMAT, but you would want a high score if possible to add even more to a good academic record. of course packaging your story is critical, so make sure you are passionate, compelling and interesting in your application--ask yourself how you are different from other undergrads applying for the same opportunity, and make sure your post MBA vision is clear and thoughtful. Hope this helps.
