Thank you for tips, Bara.

I've started to pay close attention to how I when doing exercises under timed conditions and my findings were quite interesting.

1. Sometimes I just don't breath at all.
2. I am always watching the clock. So, I did a few drills with the clock hidden and my time and accuracy improved significantly.

When I have the feeling I'm under the gun my performance really collapses. [/list]
