OA : D
To find the number of divisors for a number expressed in the form of its prime factors, one has to add 1 to the powers of each prime factor and multiply the resulting values altogether.

(p^3)(q^6)

The number of divisors or factors = (3+1)* (6+1)
= 4 *7 = 28
