Please verify the text of the question. If the text of the question is correct, please provide the source.
The question tells us that [X] is greater than or equal to X.
[X] >= X means 0 >= X - [X]. In other words, the difference X-[X] will never be greater than 0. It can at most be equal to 0.
The question can be answered without even looking at the statements. This situation will never happen on the exam. The mathematics aside, the syntax of the question is very poor. This is not a GMAT caliber question; if I were in your shoes, I would stop using the source of this Q as it is not properly preparing you for the GMAT.
If the question was not copied correctly, please provide the correct content as well as the source.
Please consider studying from Official materials. They provide plenty of practice: OGs, old paper tests, and most of all GMATPrep (best resemblance to the real exam). You can use this forum, the
GMATFix tools, or
Manhattan GMAT's tools to extend the utility of the official materials.
