=> 2^x(1-1/4) = 2^x (3/4) = 3* (2^x/2^2) = 3 (2^(x-2))
Hence,
3 (2^(x-2)) = 3(2^13)
or, (2^(x-2)) =(2^13)
or, x-2 = 13
hence, x =15
