2) The perimeter of square region S and rectangular region R are equal. If the sides of R are in the ratio 2:3, what is the area of region R to the area of region S?
A) 25:16
B) 24:25
C) 5:6
D) 4:5
E) 4:9

3) The number of stamps that Kaye and Alberto had were in the ratio of 5:3, respectively. After Kaye gave Alberto 10 of her stamps, the ratio of the number Kaye had to the number Alberto had was 7:5. As a result of this gift, Kaye had how many more stamps than Alberto?

C) 40
d) 60
e) 90

I was able to solve this one but looking for a quick way than what I spent on this question.

I am writing in four weeks. Advice will be helpful. All I need is 600.
