All squares are rohmbus, but not all rohmbus are squares.

Therefore, each statement should be sufficient.

How is A sufficient?

A quadrilateral with diagonals that bisect each other at right angles could be a kite.

A kite with 4 equal sides is a rhombus.

B by itself is sufficient.
