why not underline the wrong part of the Q when you post them?

It makes it easier to solve the problem :)

The answer isnot B the answer is D . The part to be underlined in the sentence is "at its 1833 founding for deciding to accept "

B is wrong in stating '1833 founding' which could mean that the college was probably founded many times, once in 1833.
I have started to realize that I am the one!!!
