GMAT PREP - Geometry DS

Not sure how to solve this one. Please explain asnwers

Answer must be D (each is sufficient alone)

Use the following two properties of triangles:
A. the sum of three angles = 180 degrees
B. measure of external angle = sum of the other two angle

1. Angle PRS = Angle PQR + Angle QPR (using B above)
Angle PRS - Angle PQR = Angle QPR
Hence SUFFICIENT
2. using the rule A, solve for angle QPR & get the answer.
Hence SUFFICIENT
