Picking numbers is best here

say x =15
2^15 - 2^13 = 2^13(4-1) = 2^13(3)

[(2^x)]-[(2^x)/(2^2)] = (2^x) (3/4)

and we know:

(2^x)(3/4)= (2^13) (3)

x must be 15

I think this way is faster
