What is the recommended operation system for the 12/13th edition error log program?
Is Excel necessary or can it be opened using a 3rd party spreadsheet program (i.e.google spreadsheet)

The Error Log (aka Improvement Chart) at https://www.beatthegmat.com/mba/gmat-error-log is a downloadable Excel file. If you can find 3rd party software that opens it, then you're all set.hutch27 wrote:What is the recommended operation system for the 12/13th edition error log program?

Check out this error logging software - www.examdecoder.com -- It is a free tool. You should add it to the GMAT Error Logs and Tracking section.

The Official Guide for GMAT Review, 12th Edition - Error Tracking Tool is a great source to learn from mistakes. Did any one do the same for OG 2016 14th edition? I would like to see the same format as for the 12 Edition. GMAT-Prep-Now-Improvement-Chart-for-OG2016-BTG doesn't provide the indepth error categories.

I just checked the Improvement Chart and it does have C as the correct answer.tx4life wrote:Not sure if someone already caught this but the 13th edition GMAT improvement excel tracking file has an error for the answer of Data Sufficiency problem #11 (should be C, not A)
See attached.

HI, I am unable to unprotect the error log sheet and as a result, I can't add any rows to it. What is the password on the protected sheet?

Hello!
There is a technical error on the page https://www.beatthegmat.com/mba/gmat-error-log.
I'm trying to download the "Mistake tracker tool" but in place of it the wrong file ("Improvement Chart for Official Guide for GMAT Review 2018") is being downloaded.
Please, help! Smile
Thank you very much in advance!

Hi, there. Thank you for these! I downloaded the "Empower GMAT Interactive Mistake Tracker Tool," but every time I edit a cell in the document (I use a Mac), the entire document recalculates and freezes my Microsoft Excel. I presume this is because of the marcos? I changed my Excel "calulations" settings from auto to manual, but it still recalculates (and freezes) every time I edit. Please help/advise on how I may fix this.dmateer25 wrote:If you have an suggestions or feedback for the GMAT Error Logs, please let us know here.
Thanks again!
