If A = Age of A and B = Age of B
5A = 3B - 10
1). The sum of two ages is 14.

A + B = 14
Two equations, two variables. Sufficient
2). A is ten year younger than B.
A = B - 10
Two equations, two variables. Sufficient

Option D IMO
