I am a Russian woman who has 5 years of working experience. Few hours ago I finished my second GMAT test and scored 690! In my first attempt it was only 580.
It should be said that before my first GMAT I finished almost all the GMAT books that the community recommends. But the score was awful. Yes, I was badly ill but all those days I spend on practice should overcome the illness. I almost decided to quit my attempt to pass the test.
My parents advised me to try again, just to find out how I can score when healthy. I registered and did ONLY GMATPrep tests. I can say that I downloaded the file with SC and DS from GMATPrep base and these contributed a lot to my understanding!!!I highly recommend everybody to do GMATPrep as much as possible.

I did Kaplan, Aristotle SC, DS and RC but I doubt that these books made any influence on my score.

I advise to use OGs, Manhattan books and GMATPrep. But the major contributor to my score was this forum and awsome Stacy's and Ron's explanations. Thank you very much! You are the best GMAT instructors!
