3*6 = 18 feet per second.
Since Evita's rate is twice Pablo's rate, Pablo's rate is 1/2 Evita's rate:
(1/2)(18) = 9 feet per second.
How many feet does Pablo walk in an hour?
Since Pablo's rate is 9 feet per second, and 1 hour is the equivalent of 3600 seconds, we get:
Pablo's distance = rt = (9 feet per second)(3600 seconds) = 32,400 feet.
The correct answer is C.

1/3(Evita's rate) = 6
Evita's rate = 18 feet per second
Since Evita's rate is twice as fast as Pablo's rate, Pablo's rate is 18/2 = 9 feet per second.
Thus, Pablo can walk 9 x 3,600 = 32,400 feet in an hour.
(Note: 1 hour = 3,600 seconds)
Answer: C
