The Answer is E.
Taking the second statement (X=1) does not help us in finding the answer .
So strike BD and remaining options are ACE.
Now taking the first statement the LCD of y and 6 is 3 will lead to two values of y. It could either be 2 0r 6.
So rule out A.
Now taking both the statements together also no concrete value for Y so the answer is E.
