F has 2 siblings and both are male. So S has 2 uncles from his father side. So other 2 uncles must be from Mother side. So M has 2 brothers.
So option 1 is sufficient to solve it.
Consider option 2.
M has 5 siblings. this is just repeating the question. No new information. if father has 2 sibling and child has total 7 uncle+aunt. And none married so M has to have 5 siblings. We can not know how many bro and sis for M. Can not solve using this option.
So the answer is A.
