Number of different committees are possible = 5C3 * 6C4 = 5C2 * 6C2 = (5.4/1.2) *(6.5/1.2) = 150

The correct answer: E

Hope this helps!

he number of possible committees is:

5C3 x 6C4

= (5 x 4 x 3)/3! x (6 x 5 x 4 x 3)/4!

= (5 x 4 x 3)/(3 x 2) x (6 x 5 x 4 x 3)/(4 x 3 x 2)

= 5 x 2 x 5 x 3 = 150

Answer: 5/E
