The schedule you have mentioned is more than sufficient.
I have a suggestion. Try this and let me know.
First week.
Take your OG guide and start with quants. Try each question in that list . Try 40 questions a day. Solve them first and then look at the solution and compare where you miss. Just go through the solutions for 3 days and whatever related basic you need to know for remembering that information.
Second week.
Repeat the same problems again. Theoretically you should improve your score considerably. If you dont
see what error you made the first time and what you are making now. If its the same error , you are not learning it.. If its different ones , redo them again after learning.
I would suggest going through this approach of using the standard problem and solution solving to get some confidence and have some sure fire improvement in the score. Even if its a little bit.
