We need to find what best coheres with the conclusion provided as options.

Premise: All TopNotch High School have an Intelligence quotient (IQ) of over 120.

Option A - Incorrect
The statement in question does not assume automatic admission for every graduate of TopNotch High School who has an IQ of 150. However, it expressed the high tendency of TopNotch High School graduates with an IQ of 150 getting admitted at least one Ivy-League school "provided they apply" to the Ivy-league universities.

Option B - Incorrect
This doesn't cohere with the statement because it opposes the claim that everyone who graduated from TopNotch High School has an IQ of over 120.

Option C - Correct
Yes, this is very much possible that the person in question here graduated from TopNotch High School because all the everyone who graduated from TopNotch High School has an IQ over 120.

Option D - Incorrect
This opposes the argument because at least most students who graduated from TopNotch School should be accepted in at least of One Ivy-league school because they possess an IQ over 120, which is acceptable to all Ivy-League Schools.

Option E - Incorrect
