Hi Rob,
That's difficult to answer because there are so many factors that go into choosing an MBA class. I don't think it will make a significant impact on your application either way.

Hi Amy,
I have news! I've just been offered a job at a local company (with more than 300 employees). I will be the supervisor of the quality department, and I will manage the quality certifications for the company, making sure thay meet all the EU standards!
What do you think, is this a valuable pre-MBA job? I think so, it would give autonomy in handling the prject yet responsabilty!
Thanks!
Roberto

Hi Rob,
Any job with a career path that you are passionate about is a good pre-MBA job. I have personally met people with backgrounds ranging from the peace corps to the military to the arts who have successfully been admitted to MBA programs. You will naturally want the potential to grow and learn in any job you choose, as well as the opportunity to exercise leadership and teamwork.
As always, my advice is to make conscious and strategic decisions based on your goals, and that will be the best pre-MBA path.
Good luck!
