FOR 2 A=18 can be expressed as
A=18=2.9=3.6 = Prime*Multiple
i.e A=Multiple of B where B can be 6 or 9
SO SUFF

For 1 B can have values 3,2,1
A can be 11.3 so it can be expressed as multiple of 3 but not 2.
So not true for all values.

ANS should be B. Please give OA,.

ACCORDING TO ME THE ANSWER SHOULD BE EEEEEEE
FROM BOTH STATEMENT WE ARE NOT SURE THAT B < 4 IS A POSITIVE INTEGER OR A NEGATIVE INTEGER.
B MAY BE EQUAL TO 2 OR 3 BUT MAY BE ALSO EQUAL TO -37 OR -71

NOT SURE ABOUT THIS
